What is your Shadow?

03/07/2017

Understanding how we express our emotions and seeking the integration of our light and shadow, we come to the much sought after emotional maturity.

I discovered my Lilith, my shadow, and with it I found my strength. I discovered that my hidden monster was not a monster! The Black Moon shows where we can let the Totality speak within us. To become whole, integrating our Light and Shadow. Taking over who we are.

"What you can not co-exist will not let you exist."

Carl Jung

As a good sagittarian I am, I have always had a hard time dealing with the negative side, but the excess has led me to block the "dark side" of life, the world and especially myself!

Everything that irritated me in others, everything that I excluded from my life, was included automatically without my realizing it, in situations where I was confronted with those behaviors.

In 2014 the Universe took me to situations and people who played with great force in this shadow that I wanted so much to hide.

After the breakup of an extremely painful relationship for me, I had to look at the monsters hidden in my closet ... I even had ulcers in the corneas ... out of irritation, out of anger, and out of my head, ready to see what I needed to see.

In our birth chart, Lilith or Black Moon describes everything we seek not to see, even though we know they exist but are hidden somewhere in our unconscious, a primitive impulse that is often neglected and not truly revered.

It is related to the Law of Consent of Family Constellations: everything and everyone has an equal right to belong. If we exclude something in our life, be it situations, emotions, people, behaviors, an imbalance happens and a side effect is generated.

Lilith reminds us of what we throw into our unconscious as we consider it to be forbidden, sinful, wrong.

She is our little Black Sheep of the Solar family, that is, poorly understood if observed discriminately, but extremely positive if considered as the force of independence, detachment, maturation and reverence for female power.

Here it is for life or Universe to put us into situations until we can integrate our Shadow ... to look at it and let it co-exist with us, until one day with no effort, we become One and everything dissolves.

Where there is immaturity there will be frustration, denial or inhibition. Just watch, accept, welcome, integrate. From there everything will dissolve ...

And are you ready to integrate your light and shadow?

Here are some tips and exercises on the Theme:

 - What annoys you? Do you carry a grudge or resentment in your relationships?

- Are you away from anyone at the moment?

- When was the last time you exploded or moved away from someone because of the anger?

A. What was the fuse?

B. Taking into account what you know now, how would you deal with the same situation in the future?

- Make a list of people you should re-engage with, people you are angry with, or who are angry with you.

- Observe your anger, feel it, notice how your energy may be being blocked by irritation. Breathe, move, let this sensation go.

- Notice what the irritation you feel moves you?

- What is misaligned that needs adjusting?

Identify:

- Has anyone in your family been excluded or not included, regardless of the reason?

- Do you notice in you or someone in your family a feeling that someone is missing?

- Do you often find yourself feeling without a place that is yours or a feeling of not being able to perform in some aspect of your life?

- Is there any situation not accepted or kept secret in your family or by you?

Now be aware and accept

- The process begins with the recognition of your unwanted feelings, bringing them to the surface.

Now let go of all negativity.

Give up judgment

- All emotions are valid, one way or another. But when you add the ingredient of judgment itself, any emotion can be harmful.
